04:45 hrs. Our customers will be collected from your Miraflores, San Isidro, Barranco district in Lima hotel and drive for almost three and half hours south to Paracas through our Panamericana highway.

08:00 hrs. Once you arrive in Paracas you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you immediately going with you to the local dock in Paracas to board a propeller speed boat in order to visit the Ballestas Islands.

Here you can spot sea lions, seals, penguins, guano birds, and turtles (rarely found at this latitude). On the way to the islands, you will also see the Candelabra, a 165-foot (50-meter) long sketch in the rock, which experts believe is connected to the Nazca Lines.

Debate with your companions whether the Candelabra formation represents a cactus-a symbol of power in the ancient Paracas people or perhaps a symbol related to the Southern Cross constellation. The boat trip lasts approximately 2 hours.

10:30 hrs. After your boat excursion, you’ll have some free time to browse local souvenir shops before we continue our journey to Ica.

12:00 hrs. Upon arrival at the Huacachina Oasis — located just one hour from Paracas — you can choose from several optional activities depending on timing. You may enjoy an exciting dune buggy ride across the golden sand dunes, visit the Regional Museum, or simply relax and have lunch in Ica.

Later, we’ll make a stop at the Metallic Tower, a classic viewpoint from which you can admire some of the famous Nazca Lines such as The Hands, The Tree, The Lizard, and smaller trapezoid figures. This stop, especially beautiful at sunset, offers a perfect introduction to the mysterious desert landscape and helps you understand the layout of the lines before your flight the following day.

18:30 hrs. Arrival in the city of Nazca. Check-in and overnight at DM Nazca Hotel or Casa Andina Standard Nazca, depending on availability at the time of booking.

08:15 hrs. Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the local Nazca airdrome to experience the famous Nazca Lines flight. This fascinating region is home to enormous ancient geoglyphs drawn in the desert by the Nasca people hundreds of years ago — visible only from the air.

10:00 hrs. The flight itself lasts approximately 35 minutes, but please keep in mind that total time at the airport may vary. Weather and air traffic can affect scheduling, as Nazca has several small airlines operating throughout the day. During the winter months (June–August), morning fog is common, which can cause slight delays. We kindly ask for patience and positive energy — this is part of the adventure, and waiting is sometimes necessary to ensure the best visibility and safest flying conditions.

11:00 hrs. After your flight, we’ll begin our return trip to Ica and stop along the way for a relaxing lunch break at a recommended local restaurant — because as we say, a happy belly means a happy heart!

19:00 hrs. Arrival in Lima and drop-off at your Miraflores hotel.

Recommendation:
We suggest staying overnight in Miraflores for convenience and rest after the long return journey from Nazca. While it’s possible to be dropped off directly at an airport hotel (such as Costa del Sol or Holiday Inn), it’s usually more comfortable to transfer there the following day once you’ve rested.

Note: An extended transfer directly to Lima Airport is available at an additional cost of USD 40.
